AMTEC: Engineering Apprenticeship Welcome Evening

Are you thinking about an engineering apprenticeship? Weston College is hosting the AMTEC: Engineering Apprenticeship Welcome Evening on 4 November 2026, a chance to find out what engineering apprenticeships involve and how they could set you on a rewarding career path. Whether you are leaving school, changing direction or simply curious about the opportunities on your doorstep, this is a friendly place to start your questions.

The evening is organised by Weston College, which has long been a hub for technical and vocational learning in the area. It offers a welcoming, relaxed setting where prospective apprentices, their families and anyone interested in engineering can meet the people behind the courses and get a feel for what lies ahead. It is a great way to connect with the local learning community
